Bio

I am a student of bellydance! Currently I perform, study, and enrich my life with the student dance troupe Carnevaletta, an offshoot of Carnivale Mijnoon. Check it out at www.mijnoon.com!

I have been studying Bellydance since 2006. My lessons have included:

I am a firm believer in the fact that there is ALWAYS something you can learn! I embrace belly dance as a sisterhood and family gathering, something to celebrate and enjoy. It is a folk dance, a dance of celebration, a dance of joy and uncompromised beauty no matter your size, appearance, sexuality, or race. All sizes, all races, all sexes! There is no right or wrong way to celebrate this practice, so please keep the hate to yourself.
